Here’s an awesome announcement for our first Tuesday of the year. Are you ready?
I’m starting a weekly, short-format interview series that will explore the lifestyle and fitness thoughts of the best coaches in the world. The focus will be on people who “get it” so to speak. What is it called?
I’m focusing on connecting with two types of passionate minds who understand that the healthiest lifestyle is an empowering one. We’ll serve the layperson who wants to lead a fit and fulfilling lifestyle. We’ll also help the fitness professional who can get so caught up in getting better, than they miss an opportunity to connect more.
The focus during these “Tuesday Talks” will be implementation and communication. How can we interpret the web of health-related information in a way that’s practical and appropriate for anyone to implement it. Can we work towards a system that allows for success at any level? I think so, and that’s what we’ll be discussing in “Tuesday Talks” this year.
To kick things off, I chatted with one of the most influential people in my life for the past year, Amanda Wheeler. During our time together at MFF, Wheels showed me on a regular basis that “happiness” isn’t something that you find, but something that you create. She’s been a personal and professional role model, and above that, a dear friend.
Amanda is off in Kansas City right now, starting her own program and showing the midwest how to live the BEST LIFE. We caught up on Google Hangout earlier to catch up and talk about how the basics are the best way for you to get where you’re going. Check out the talk here:
