Joining us today for my second Tuesday Talk is my pal, Geoff Hemingway. Geoff likes to say things like, “Hey friends,” call people “pal” and be one of the most genuine nice guys in all of the land. Seriously, he’s so nice that his MFF nickname is “Mr. Wonderful.”
Geoff and I sat down in-person to talk about all things movement. This talk comes in at 22:33, so you have a great chance to pull up a carpet square, grab a mug of coffee or cup of tea, and join us while we talk shop. We touched on a number of our favorite topics, including:
- The Turkish Get Up as one of the most universal exercises out there.
- Movie nerdiness like you wouldn’t believe.
- The benefits of loaded carries.
- Crawling and bodyweight exercises.
- Finding one thing that you love.
- Being really handsome.
Something that you’ll notice along the way is that Geoff has the ability to make things seem simple. It’s something that I believe is underrated in the strength and conditioning community, and I’m fortunate enough to learn it from Geoff every day. Check this talk out, and let us know what you think!
