Friends, we are back today with another Tuesday Talk story. This one is great, if I do say so myself.
You see, last weekend I went to North Conway, New Hampshire with my girlfriend, Katie. We stayed at the Glen Oaks Inn, which was gorgeous, and we were able to drive around and see the beautiful
Misty White mountains of New Hampshire.
It began to warm-up the weekend earlier, and Katie and I both underestimated how long the snow would last. During a short hike that we went on, it was like crossing the Pass of Caradhras. We felt like polar bears.
We warmed up throughout the weekend at Zeb’s General Store and Frontside Coffee Roasters, compared several recipes of New England clam chowdah, and visited Mt. Washington, which is the second highest mountain I’ve ever seen.
The drive from NH to NYC is a long one, and on the way back I ran my GoPro to make some road trip footage, which became the Tuesday Talk that you’re about to watch. Katie goes deep into the coaching and connection side of things, and these tips are great for how we approach our own workouts as well as better working with clients. Check it out!
Along the way we chat about Connor Ryan, Katie discusses Carol Dweck’s Mindset, I touch on Steven Kotler’s The Rise of Superman, and more. Let me know what you think in the questions below, and find Katie on the Tweeter as @KKtapper.
I’d love it if you would share this with a friend who would appreciate our talk. That’s a wrap!
