M/M LAB: What Are You Waiting For?

(This one is absolutely for the fitness professionals out there.)
The MFF team is hosting our first Motivation and Movement LAB (M/M LAB) for fitness professionals on April 25th. That’s next Saturday, and saying that I’m excited would be a massive understatement.

We have a handful of spots left, and we close general admission on Sunday.  If there are seats available, we’ll sell them at the door but the price will be substantially higher, so grab them now!
The M/M LAB is turning into a pretty awesome weekend of events.  Here’s the rundown:
  • Friday, April 24th, 6:30 – 8pm.  Tours at the Clubhouse for anyone interested in checking out Ninjas in their natural habitat.
  • Friday, April 24th, 8pm – 930pm.  Informal drinks at Tir N Nog, an Irish bar down the street from the Clubhouse at 316 w. 39th st.
  • Saturday, April 25th, 9am – 6pm. M/M LAB at the TAI Group
  • Saturday, April 25th, 11pm – forever. MFF POP (Pants Optional Party) in the lobby of New World Stages at 340 w. 50th st.

Okay, can you start to see why I’m so excited?  Not only do we get to bring you a GREAT day of sharing new ideas for proven results, but the whole damn weekend is packed with goodness, too!  This is how I feel thinking about it:

This whole idea came about from conversations that came from a desire to share what we’re doing with the training world.  How can business structure lead to training success?  How can cutting-edge training make your business even stronger?  How can our interactions lead to even greater success?  Answering these questions is simple, but acting on those answers is hard.
Our M/M LAB is designed to fast-track those actions for success by letting you create your personal plan while you’re at the Lab.  The goal is to ensure that every attendee can take the information shared by our faculty and implement it to make their personal and professional lives even more successful.  The opportunity to share our own culture and community throughout the weekend will make the experience even more spectacular.
Every few months, Mark Fisher Fitness throws a party in honor of the most recent round of our Snatched in Six Weeks Total Body Makeover program.  These events usually draw several hundred people ready to celebrate and dance the night away, so you’ll get a chance to see the MFF community in all it’s glory/ madness. It’s also a great way to taste NYC on a Saturday night!
Plus, you’ll learn from these bad-asses throughout the day:

For those traveling into Manhattan, our friends at Parkopedia have you covered, and the Paramount Hotel has generously offered all Motivation and Movement LAB attendees a special rate of $209 + tax per night–that’s a savings of $100 off the normal retail rate! Call 212-302-4019 and mention the Mark Fisher Fitness rate to redeem your discount!
You can tell I’m excited.  This M/M LAB is going to be a great event from the MFF team, and for everyone in attendance we’ll have a blast.  Check out the M/M LAB website HERE, and start planning for the “extracurricular” events.
If you have any questions in the meantime, please let me know!

  2. I noticed your site’s ranking in google’s search results
is very low. You are loosing a lot of traffic. You need hi PR
backlinks to rank in top 10. I know – buying them is too expensive.
It is better to own them. I know how to do that, simply google it:
