M/M LAB is back: February 17-18, 2018

Almost three years ago, I began dreaming about a new approach to fitness education events for personal trainers, strength coaches, and fitness instructors.

I wanted to create a space for those eager to learn to dive deep into new ideas and get their hands dirty, rather than waiting until Monday morning to figure out on their own. I wanted to hear more voices, where attendees were able to ask questions and work together to figure out what’s best for their clients and themselves.

That dream turned into the first three Motivation and Movement LABS hosted by MFF, and I’m here to tell you big news:

M/M LAB is back!

Geoff Hemingway and I have been working hard on our next LAB, and we’re going to host the best one yet on February 17th and 18th, 2018.Ā  Mark your calendars for President’s Day Weekend!

Geoff has created a fantastic theme for our party:Ā The State of Strength, 2018.Ā The idea is simple: We’re creating a space for the best and brightest fitness professionals to come together and create a shared vision of growth for the coming year.

The vast experience and skill of our presenters and members across the world provide unparalleled content in an engaging and entertaining environment. We promote a diverse gathering, a civil discussion, and the passionate pursuit of excellence. Sounds like it’s for you, right?

M/M LAB is MFF’s take on a fitness conference, where passionate fitness professionals explore progressive strategies in a hands-on format that ensures they’ll improve their own lives and the lives of their clients.

Mark your calendars for February 17-18, 2018.Ā  You can follow all of the M/M LAB updates directly on our website by clicking:
